Rates - Half Day, Full Day, Weekly
We offer a competitive rate with high quality care and facilities. As a registered charitable nursery all our funds are invested into the services we offer. This allows us to provide a high level of daycare service to you and your child.
HELP WITH THE COST OF CHILDCARE Tax Credits - Nine out of ten families are eligible for financial help. The award depends on the family's circumstances and income.
- Child Tax Credit - Generally families with income of up to £58,000 (or £66,000 if there is at least one child under a year old) are eligible. The maximum CTC is over £33 per week for each child.
- Working Tax Credit - For people on low to middle incomes that can include help with childcare costs.
- Childcare Element of Working Tax Credit - is aimed at helping working parents cover childcare costs. You can claim up to a maximum of 80p for every £1 you pay for registered or approved childcare up to certin limits.

Employer Supported Childcare
Further to the tax credits mentioned above, some employers give employees vouchers to pay for childcare. The vouchers are usually offered in place of part of your salary under a system known as "salary sacrifice". The first £55 per week of any voucher you receive is exempt from tax and National Insurance contributions provided it is used to pay for registered or approved childcare. Nursery Education Grant - if your child is three or four years old, they are entitled to a free, part-time early education place from 1 September, 1 January or 1 April following their third birthday. A free, part-time place is a maximum of five, two-and-a-half hour sessions per week. As a nursery session is five hours per day the grant is used as part payment and is deducted from your invoice on a monthly basis. Whilst attending our nursery your child will be automatically registered with the local authority to receive this grant if eligible.

Staff to Child Ratio
Your child needs close personal attention in the early years. We believe we offer one of the best staff to child ratio's in the area.
Staff to baby ratio = 1 member of staff for every 3 babies
Staff to others = 1 member of staff for every 6 children
PAYMENT
- Payment by direct debit is preferred.
- There is a registration fee of £50.00 payable when your nursery place has been confirmed. This will be deducted from your first month's fees or fully refunded providing one month's notice is given to terminate your place.
- All fees are payable one calendar month in advance, payable on or before the first day of every month.
- Fees are calculated over 49 weeks per year. This allows for two weeks holiday taken throughout the year and the Christmas closure. This is deducted in the monthly fee calculation.
- A 10% discount for siblings is available.
- Children’s places are paid for whether or not they attend.
- Sessions can be extended at a rate of £4.75 per hour or £6.70 including lunch.
- One month’s notice, in writing, is required when a child leaves the nursery or one month’s fee is charged in lieu of such notice.
- Parents collecting their children after 6.00 p.m. will incur a late fine.
